Members may bring occasional guests to common areas. Guests requiring dedicated workspace or meeting rooms should book separately.
FlexOffice rooms are compact private offices set up for one person's focused work, so they aren't suited to hosting clients, appointments, or group sessions. When you need to sit down with someone, our meeting rooms are made for exactly that — bookable by the hour, with member hours included in your plan.
Your membership includes 12 booking days per month, but you're not capped there — you can keep booking extra days whenever you need them, and each additional day is simply charged at the time of booking. That said, FlexOffice isn't designed to be a full-time office. If you find yourself needing a space most days, our small leased offices are the better fit — and we're happy to help you make that move when you're ready.
Just reach out to the building office and we'll take care of it — no forms or hoops. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.
Our on-site lots are reserved for tenants with leased offices and their teams, so a parking spot isn't part of FlexOffice membership. The good news: we're right in downtown Newburyport, with public lots and street parking a short walk from the front door.
The building is open Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (closed weekends), and FlexOffice bookings follow those business hours. Need around-the-clock access? That comes with our leased offices.
